14 days on unopened goods, straightforward process.
Right of return
Unopened goods in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please request a return number first so the goods can be matched on arrival.
Exclusions
Cut cable, configured assemblies and special orders are excluded from return, as are articles marked as clearance.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of the returned goods being inspected.
