B2B terms for consumer-electronics supply.

Scope

These terms apply to all deliveries to businesses, traders and public institutions. Prices are net in CNY, excluding VAT unless stated otherwise.

Orders

A contract is formed when we confirm your order in writing. Availability is subject to prior sale; in that case we will propose an equivalent article.

Payment

Invoice within 14 days net for established customers, otherwise prepayment or card. Retention of title applies until full payment.

Warranty

Statutory warranty of 24 months applies to all articles. Wear parts and consumables are excluded.
